Returns / Cancellations

Returns and cancellations are allowed only under the following conditions:

1. Technical issues such as duplicate or double orders.
2. Double payment charged for the same order.
3. Booking made for another city by mistake and the deal is not available in your city.

Exclusions

1. No refund will be processed for unconsumed services.
2. Vouchers once sold are non-refundable, whether used or not.
